Shipping policy
Every order ships from our Kuala Lumpur workshop with tracking, usually within 1–2 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and total weight — and orders over $150 ship free worldwide.
How we ship
- Standard — economy air with tracking. It's the default and moves faster than most people expect.
- Express — DHL, FedEx and similar couriers for a surcharge. Pick it at checkout, or message us before ordering and we'll quote the fastest option to your address.
- Maximum parcel weight is 20 kg and size limits apply. Oversized orders may be split into multiple shipments (small extra cost) or moved to another courier — we always confirm with you first.
- If an item is out of stock or a special order, we'll message you an ETA or suggest an equivalent part before we charge you.
Before you order internationally
Some countries require an importer tax ID to clear customs. Add yours at checkout so your parcel isn't rejected on arrival — for example:
- Europe — VAT / EORI / IOSS
- Brazil — CPF
- Chile — RUT
- Australia — ABN / ABF
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs, duties & taxes
Import duties, VAT and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Cavlair Autoparts can't predict, collect, or reimburse them. By placing an order you agree to cover any charges due on import. Refusing a parcel over unpaid customs fees does not qualify for a refund of shipping.
